Pedro Lopez
Product Director LDPE EMEA of Dow
Based in Horgen, Switzerland. Pedro has worked for Dow for 20 years in various product development and technical sales roles. In 2017 he was promoted to Product Director LDPE for Dow’s Packaging and Specialty Plastics Division and holds a seat on TDESA Board of Directors.
Pedro joined Dow in 2001 as Plastics engineer for Styron in the Plastics technology Center in
Terneuzen (The Netherlands). In 2004 he joined Polyurethane Systems as Technical sales
representative in Spain. In 2007 he worked for Dow Automotive as Account Manager and
Application Development engineer for SEAT and as of 2010 hold global account
responsibilities.
In 2012, he joined P&SP in Madrid as Account Manager and Global Distribution Manager for
SM Resinas.
In 2016, Pedro relocated to Horgen as Market Value Manager for PE in Europe. In 2017, he assumed a PD role for LDPE and W&C LAA and relocated from Horgen to Sao Paulo.
Pedro holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Degree Materials Engineering
from the University of Salamanca in Spain
